2024 TRANSPLANT GAMES
The 2024 Transplant Games will be held July 5 - 10, 2024 in Birmingham, Alabama.

In order to join Team Liberty and participate or compete in the Games, you will need to take the following steps:
TGA REGISTRATION
You must register with the Transplant Games of America on their website and pay their registration fee in order to sign up for events and teams. We suggest that you review the TGA Registration Guide as a resource during registration.
Early Registration - January 30-March 14 - $160 Competitor / $50 Non-Competitor
Regular Registration - March 14-May 3 - $180 Competitor / $60 Non-Competitor
Late Registration - May 4-June 5 - $200 Competitor / $75 Non-Competitor
Late Registration - June 5-July 5 - NON-COMPETITORS ONLY
Ages 6-13 - Registration is discounted 50%
Ages 5 and under - Registration is FREE

COMPETITOR MEDICAL PACKET
All competing athletes must submit your competitor statement, liability waiver, and physician's medical waiver directly to the Transplant Games of America. TGA medical forms will be live in early 2024. Note: medical waivers must be signed by your doctor no earlier than March 5, 2024.

TEAM LIBERTY 2024 GAMES MEMBERSHIP
You must fill out this form and pay your Team Liberty membership fee in order to participate with Team Liberty (Full Member or Supporting Member). This is separate from your TGA Games Registration. If you have fundraised to waive your membership fee, you can indicate it on the membership form.

TEAM LIBERTY TRAVEL GRANTS
Team Liberty raises money as a team to help team members with their trip costs through team grants. Grants amounts awarded are based on application information provided, with emphasis on raising funds for Team Liberty as well as involvement with Team Liberty and organ donation/transplantation activities. Recipients, living donors, donor family members, and supporters may apply. Team Liberty travel grant applications will be available in spring 2024.

TEAM LIBERTY UNIFORMS
As part of your Team Liberty Games membership fee, you are entitled to our Team Uniform. The link to our Team Liberty online store will be emailed out beginning April 22, to all members who have completed the 2024 Team Liberty Games Membership Form. Orders must be placed by May 8 so they can be shipped to you before we leave for Birmingham.
DEADLINE: May 8, 2024 to receive a uniform for the Games
HOTEL ROOMS/AIRFARE
Team Liberty has room blocks at the Westin Birmingham and Sheraton Birmingham. Both hotels are connected to the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center, where the majority of Transplant Games events will take place.
